Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on Unworn, Unwashed, and Free Of Blemishes merchandise within 60 days of receiving an order.

Exchanges - Free Return Label
Fit wasn't quite right, or color wasn't what you thought? You can exchange to another size or color! Also if you didn't like the item you can switch it for something else!



Refund - Handling Fee For a Return Label
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method minus a handling fee.
                                                                                                                                              

Things To Know

  • During the holidays, Returns/Exchanges are processed within 4-7 business days after return has been received by our facility due to the influx of returns and processing of orders

  • When opting for an exchange, items will not be held until return has been received and inspected, items are subject to availability when processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use towards your next order.

  • Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition

  • Any items returned that are not sold by our company or not in original condition will be donated and return/exchange will not be processed

  • We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse return ability and can charge fees for any unusual or abusive/excessive behavior with returns and exchanges

  • Customers must create separate returns per order. If they would like to return items from different orders a separate return/exchange must be made on its respective order
  • We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy

  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
  • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
